My Deen Journal was created to help you strengthen your mind, soul, and your connection with Allah SWT. Through the practice of muhaasabah, reflecting on your thoughts, actions, and emotions you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your nafs (inner self) and work towards purifying your heart. By honestly assessing where you are in your life, you’ll be guided to align more closely with Allah’s will, seeking His pleasure and guidance.
This journal was the very beginning of Finding My Deen, where it all started. It began as a deeply personal journey of hardship, difficulties, and searching for deen. After many nights of turning to Allah in tahajjud, seeking clarity and direction, the idea of Finding My Deen was born. What started as personal pursuit of faith has now become a way to help others on their own journeys.
